About Us

customer satisfaction

Peace of Mind Computers has been serving the Inland Empire since 2008. Our owner and founder Jeff Echlin started working with computers at the age of 13. He apprenticed with a local computer repair service and became the lead installation manager and support technician for a local wireless internet company. Jeff then worked for Hewlett Packard as the Lead Quality Control Manager. When Hewlett Packard outsourced this division to Juarez, Mexico, the idea for Peace of Mind Computers was born. We saw the need for a computer repair service that would treat its customers with honesty and integrity. Our business is home-based, so we can keep our overhead low. We are able to pass these savings on to our customers. We will never try to sell you a service you don’t need or want because at Peace of Mind Computers you are not treated like just a customer, you are treated like family.

At Peace of Mind Computers, you can expect:

·Professionalism

Officially started in early 2008 Peace of Mind Computers has set a new standard for customer service and repair excellence. Our founder began his career at the age of 13 where he began to mentor under a local computer shop tech and later became the lead installation manager and support technician for a local wireless internet company further on down the line our founder held a position at Hewlett Packard as Quality Control lead. This position was shipped to Juarez Mexico so it just made sense to open up shop under his own brand, fast forward to 2008 to the founding of Peace of Mind Computers and with it a new era of customer satisfaction. Our business is home based, which allows us to charge lower prices than the competition because of lower overhead. Unlike most *cough* the geeks*cough* we do not sell you services or products you do not need or want. At Peace of Mind Computers, you’re not just a customer, your family.
